Dan and Phil taught me some things today that are relevant for my everyday life. 1) Don't scrub with an electric toothbrush, just let it do its thing. 2) Migraines can be triggered by tannins (red wine, chocolate, coffee, etc). I have more than enough triggers, that had better not be one of them.
