Our last P.E. block was fitness 🫀💪 Pupils took part in a circuit made up of cardiovascular and strength exercises. P3-4 classes felt the changes in heart rate with the different exercises and P5-7 classes measured their heart rate and could set personal targets. Great effort from everyone! 💪
A reminder that it's our Big Fit Walk tomorrow as part of Health Week 🚶👟 Unfortunately, it might be raining 🌦️ so could pupils please come to school with appropriate clothing including a waterproof jacket 👍

The upper classes took part in an Easter Egg Hunt around the playground this week. Teams had work together to solve the riddle to lead them to the next egg. Great team work! 👏☀️
