My folks house is beautiful and kept immaculately. Also my Mum is far too polite to turn away a gift that's bought by someone else. So for years now I've been bringing back some of the worst holiday tat I can find, and she feels obliged to display it. Here's the latest and the collection 😆
I interrupt holiday silence to report that the bloke in the next room just walked on to his balcony, let loose a fart so loud it must have registered on the Richter Scale and walked back in closing the door with a slam. Bet that never happened to Judith Chalmers.

Away on the horizon possibly the biggest vessel I have ever seen, we can almost read the "MSC" without using a zoom 😨
Our Danny Who art in prison Racist be thy name Thy balaclava come Thy will be done In ports as it is on dinghies Give us this day Our daily funding & forgive us our racism as we intimidate those who speak against us & lead us all into aggravation But deliver us from being civil. 🙏
MARY POPPINS was released 62 years ago today. One of the most successful of all Disney films, and the movie which made Julie Andrews an overnight star, the behind-the-scenes story is practically perfect in every way… 1/51
Just seen Danny Tommo referred to as "Captain Thugwash" and seriously, that's excellent work.

After seeing an article about newspaper circulations I thought I'd have a look. Fascinating why do all the TV news programmes give such prominence to the print media? People aren't reading them for a reason, stop letting them set the agenda!
Newspaper ABCs: Sunday People continues to see biggest circulation decline
Latest ABC UK newspaper circulations for the biggest print titles including the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Financial Times and more.

For those with any doubts or questions on the good the RNLI do.
Every year on 19 December, the famous Christmas lights at Mousehole in Cornwall are dimmed between 8 and 9pm, leaving just the Cross and Angels shining down across the village and out to sea.
A lorry carrying a shipment of Worcestershire sauce from a brewery in Leicestershire was driving through Loughborough when it ploughed head-on into a Lamborghini Murciélago. 1/7
🎯 by @ellabaron.bsky.social The abuse directed towards RNLI volunteers is horrendous. Solidarity with RNLI volunteers. They are doing incredible work.
The RNLI crews are seriously being asked not to wear branding out and about. I hope all crews stick two fingers up to the mouth breathing, knuckle dragging morons who insult and belittle to amazing things they do. #RNLI
I've lived near the coast all my life & thankfully never needed the support of the RNLI, but I've known many who have. When members of this wonderful charity have to worry about their security & safety it disgusts me. What sort of country has racists, idiots & thugs that do this? Shame on the UK.
Bill Bryson’s words seem appropriate to post right now
Watching The Specials live 1979 at Colchester Institute. What a band, shame that after nigh on 50 years the message is still relevant.
