Alot of the folks that have gotten frustrated with how bigoted bsky has gotten, and pushed off from poverty DID do this with mutual aid feeds. But the classist attitudes that thrive on here contributed to those dying out. (I'm sure venture capital owning everything now is contributing)
Like if there was always a mutual aid hashtag under trending topics. If we had a society that cared it would be a permanent feature to have a feed pinned to encourage monied ppl to help. Then it wouldn't rely on just repost and quotes.
