If I said half of the things the president is saying right now, my wife and my kids would be having serious discussions about whether I should be institutionalized. (As far as I know, none of those discussions have yet occurred.)
Trump goes to Arlington Cemetery, refers to those who sacrificed all as “suckers and losers”. Trump issues an executive order promising to house 6,000 homeless vets, funds it with $0. Trump goes to Walter Reed for another “checkup”, visits none of the 14 service members wounded in the Iran war. Hmm.
They’re his storm troopers, he should pay them out of his own pocket. While he’s at it, he can buy them brown shirts to go with their red hats.
How many times does he have to say, directly, that he doesn’t care about Americans’ financial situation before people start believing him about that? Folks, he only cares about himself, not us. We’re in this together, he’s not with us.
James Comey should not be indicted for a social media post involving seashells. He should, however, probably be shunned by all decent Americans for his 2016 behavior involving Mrs. Clinton that gave us trump 45.

How many Iranian people have to die or suffer terribly before trump’s bloodlust is satisfied? We’ve already killed the major leaders. The follow-up question: how many Americans will die or suffer terribly in Iran’s quest for vengeance?
I know that the people who need to read this aren’t here, but here goes: Rules of engagement aren’t for the enemy. They’re for you. They’re for your soldiers when they’re captured or wounded. They’re for your civilians when they’re in range of the enemy. They’re for your allies, to reassure.
