I was very much into Syd Barret's music as a teenager so naturally I chose to create some album covers as my final school project The lettering work is discutable haha, it wasn't my forte but still, I'm proud of my 18 year-old self and her authentic art ✊

this one, painted with acrylics, was inspired by the set design of early pink floyd gigs (lot of colored light and abstract images projected onto the stage)I painted his portrait with indian ink in Syd's own art stylethis one is more on the nose, with bright inks flowing into each other, the portrait being split in the middle and Syd's stoned expression... all to evoke drugs, acids, schizophrenia

Publicité gouvernementale: SORAYA ne sait pas qu'elle va brüler une ferme avec son mégot. 9 feux sur 10 sont d'origine humaine. Soyons vigilants aux abords de la végétation.
