Dr Daniel was a champion for health equity and a driver of opportunities for underrepresented groups in science. She received the 2020 @cancersociety.bsky.social Inclusive Excellence Prize and previously chaired our Research Training Awards to bring equity-deserving groups into cancer research.

We are honoured to have supported her work. Dr Daniel will be deeply missed by her loved ones, colleagues, partners and all those who were inspired by her life and work.
