At times, I wonder...Am I simply too naive to understand some people or are they too shrewd to ever be truly seen? But whatever their reasons may be...how do they find the heart to hurt people again and again, especially those who would never even think of doing them wrong?
I hold every dream you show me a little closer to my heart. There is nothing in this whole wide world I long for more than to see its beauty with you by my side. But somewhere behind these dreamy eyes, a quiet fear lingers asking, "Will I be lucky enough this time to know the joy of true love?"
