Optical pooled screens combine genetic perturbations with microscopy-based phenotypic readouts. In this data spotlight, Myllia’s CRISPR screening technology was combined with Element Biosciences’ AVITI24™ instrument to identify regulators of NF-κB signalling in a HeLa cell line. (1/5)
