As a researcher I totally understand how this could be an incredibly informative project that could benefit teachers, students, and families. But at this point there is zero, ZERO reason to trust AI companies, or AI proponents at all. Full stop.

What would you do? I was recently in situation with a personal/professional crossover in which I had no idea what to do. Would love some advice. I was invited to my son's high school to be an audience member for senior capstone project presentations.
