Really impressed with last night's gig @bedfordesquires.bsky.social. Both bands were brilliant. #DeadDadsClub were so polished and great sound. The support was from #ToughCookie and I am sure they have a big future. £15 a ticket. Got to meet both bands, signed vinyl. Need to support local venues!
Just a word of thanks to our fantastic media. Despite my racist bullying at school, having a senior colleague imprisoned for being a traitor, breaking the MP’s Code Of Conduct 17 times, my dodgy house purchase and even being in the Epstein Files, nobody is demanding I resign!

After last night's gig at Esquires I can't believe I forgot to post about seeing @cvcband.bsky.social back in April. They are so good, absolutely brilliant live. Also the support band #RollingThunder were excellent. Looking forward to the new CVC album and catching them on the TV at Glastonbury.

Finished the Brighton Marathon yesterday in 4 hours 9 minutes. Pleased with that as training wasn't great the last 6 weeks or so. Felt really good up to about mile 19. Something to build on. Was well organised and great event. Bit warm though! #MedalMonday #runr #ukrunchat #BrightonMarathon
Yesterday's marathon was hard work, throat was very sore and meant taking on water was difficult. Didn't feel great, but took it easy with lots of walking. Finished in 4hrs 29 minutes.
