Got the bandages off my finger. It looks like it’s been chewed by badgers, but it will heal. The nail should grow back out by the fall. I’m grateful!

Got my ortho check up on my mangled finger this week. Everything looks good. Once the sutures dissolve, I’ll just have to wait for my nail to grow back out.
Well, I got ready for the weekend by catching my finger in a hedgetrimmer. Happily, I didn’t lose any pieces but I got pretty mangled. As a public service I will not post photos. (Should be all better in a couple of months.)
