Postponed sorting out my taxes for last year/spring 2026 until now and came to the realisation I made fuck all in artist alley after the costs

Coming to the realisation that anime conventions across the UK are just cooked lately, the drop off in attendance has been really noticeable across even the big name and local events this year and it’s really frustrating to see every event continue to raise vendor/artist/ticket prices yearly

I wasn’t going to comment on this heat wave but man. I just got back from working in a listed old building that traps heat so bad the elevator overheated and broke, the glue holding metal components on Mario Kart GP DX melted off, paint was melting off the stair rails and people nearly passed out
