Hey YOU, someone who's been putting off that appointment you need to make... DO IT NOWWW, you'll feel better. (Sincerely, someone who just made an overdue dentist appointment 🦷)

Finally finished Light Bringer by Pierce Brown (and with it my Red Rising journey comes to an end... For now)... Now I have to wait for book 7 to release 🥺 Red Rising is a masterpiece. I'll never stop hyping it up. GO, READ IT!

I've added Tokyo time to my phone home screen so I can get into the right mindset regarding the time difference... Can't believe I'll finally be there in just over a month 😭

I can't remember the last time I hated a movie so much I stopped midway through/skipped through to the end... But I just did it while watching Disclosure Day. That was absolutely horrendous. It felt like the plot was AI generated 😅

Watched the first episode of "The Summer Hikaru Died" during lunch and it was an EXCELLENT opening episode. Super intrigued to see where it'll go. I am ✨insanely✨ picky with anime, so I hope it stays good.

The more I read, the more I believe Red Rising would be AMAZING as a TV show. If done right. It'd need the same treatment that The Expanse or Game of Thrones (before it went to shit) got. Could so easily go bad too though, the sheer scope of the battles/universe would be so difficult to show

I'm a cross stitch girlie now! Had a lot of fun designing/stitching my first project (best boi Clay from Animal Crossing 🍃) Let's just ignore the fact it took me 4 months on/off 🙈 It's slow work but very therapeutic! Now I just need to iron and frame it 😁

The eclipse was a cool experience yesterday! There was something very wholesome about messaging my friends/family during it and seeing all the local folks out with their glasses, pinhole projectors and colanders 🌘 It caused a funky effect when it shone through the trees!

I've seen multiple comments from people on insta who are shocked that you're not supposed to look directly at the eclipse. I've also seen people suggesting to look at it with your selfie phone camera. Don't do either of these things, Jesus fkn Christ 🤣

Saw The Odyssey and enjoyed it. Despite being 3 hours long it felt rushed in parts. I guess there was just too much story to tell (and now I want to read it!!) Great first IMAX experience though. Cyclops scene was fucking LOUD.

The award for the worst UI button placement ever goes to the repost button on Insta. (I was just creeping on my friends tagged posts to see if there was any pics up from her wedding, and I briefly reposted a random thing she was tagged in 🙈🤣)

Japan planning is almost like a full time job 😂 We've been looking things up for weeks and have spent basically all day planning an itinerary (which still isn't finished). So fkn hyped though 🥹
