2 years ago today we were blessed to adopt the sweetest puppy in the world: GABBY! She was tremblingly afraid of everything, but has blossomed into the social butterfly of our neighborhood. We love our little black mouth cur SO MUCH!

Ok, just listened to it. FUCK. It's incredible. It's nasty in the best way, only something Tanya Tucker could do. It's very honkytonk but it's got a disco feel in the chorus, thanks to strings added to this version. I was crying ugly tears by the end. It's just so good and what I was hoping for.

About once a month I think of this indie developer that tried to Babe Ruth it and created this menu in their first game, Book of Demons. Apparently, it's supposed to be the first game of 7. It came out in 2018 and the next "Book" game is still marked as "tba." Bold move, Cotton.....

Screen shot of the "Return 2 Games" splash page when first starting up the indie game "Book of Demons." It depicts 7 pedestals with an open book on one titled "Book of Demons." There's another pedestal with a transparent book that's closed. The rest of the pedestals are empty.

Been getting back into Augustana as I always loved the first album. Damn the album from 2024 is good shit. The last song is basically a worship song and I'm quite ok with it... best song on the album.
