In Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, 40% of residents don't have a car, and in our last clip Christina from @nettelhorstbikebus.org tells us about the importance of making streets safer for kids, which makes them safer for everyone!

How can we get kids biking safely to school? We've got a video out today about two bike buses, Lakeview's @nettelhorstbikebus.org and the Ravenswood bike bus, organized by @bikegridnow.org - we talked with their organizers about how you start a bike bus, what makes them special, and more!

CDOT lost the best of our team yesterday. We're heartbroken. In memory of Riley O'Neil, please refer to these bike racks as "Riley Racks". He led Chicago's bike parking program for several years. Our hearts are broken, but we want to make sure his legacy lives on 💙🚲 Please spread the word

I joined NY’s Cutest on the Bergen Bike Bus that they ride to school every Wednesday, rain or shine. We’re adding bike boulevards and more pedestrian space on Bergen and Dean Street, from Court Street to East New York Ave. It was a wonderful kind of day.
