i think my cheap scale really isn’t accurate bcs it says i haven’t been losing but i can physically tell that i’ve lost something. when i look in the mirror i feel like i look the same but clothes are looser and i can feel some of my bones better than before. i’m losing it.

found my diary from when i was freshly 11 years old. my 11th birthday was literally a week before this diary entry, i actually remember receiving the diary itself as a birthday gift. finding it made me reflect and remember why i have this horrible disorder in the first place. 11 years old.

i had to take some time to really sit with my fat body and really delve into how uncomfortable and depressed it made me and really find the motivation to starve all over again instead of binge into oblivion. i’m back now, i’m locked in (a bit late for summer but that’s alright) i’ve missed you all💋
