samantha@commiesamantha.bsky.social · 2w agono, they also collude to fix prices on existing stock. and when new stock is built they buy it up and set it at the existing fixed price. no amount of new builds has ever reduced rent, especially since it's being built by developers who want to build the most profitable units they can.
Wait until you see how his team shits the bed with a noon kickoff against a ranked team.

I give Utah a B+ overall. Some mistakes, only one penalty. Biggest improvement as the game went on was the o line. RBs are really good. D line got better too. My biggest concern is the secondary.

This is a much improved connection from this mall to the community. It’s not a great design, but considering it didn’t exist even 6 months ago, connecting an aging shopping center to a park and the neighborhood is a win. But also nearly all the retail here closed at 6 pm?
