A Manhattan federal appeals court just rejected Trump's attempt to delay paying E. Jean Carroll $5.8 million. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit struck down Trump's emergency request shortly after Judge Kaplan ordered the release of funds — covering the $5 mil judgment plus interest.
