I totally thought I had a thing tomorrow and that I had scheduled badly and double booked myself. I was blaming anxiety brain. Turns out the thing is today and I bet much did not overbook myself, and was worrying for nothing. I still blame anxiety brain.
This, a thousand times this! I've been busting my ass for years trying to have a stable income and situation so I'm not constantly in stress. So that eventually I can work more on stuff ....sigh
