Every person has human rights, but did you know there's an organisation dedicated to promoting and protecting them in Northern Ireland? The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is an independent public body established following the Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement.

NIHRC staff were delighted to lead workshops at Regent House Grammar School recently. We led 11 workshops, engaging with approximately 400 students. Students learned about the role and core functions of the NIHRC in promoting and protecting the rights of everyone in Northern Ireland.
