i find it fascinating how the MLP:FIM fandom didn't become less racist, they just started using more progressive language
if you drew rarity black in 2010 you'd be call a racial slur if you drew rarity black in 2026 you'd get comments like "actually it doesn't make sense that she'd be black because she's rich and from the midwest. she's obviously white-coded ^_^"
