Water...! Five frame loop. Migraine-inducing nightmare to draw, massive regrets halfway through. Next: rivers (and associated features), lakes?, and some impassable rocky coast/ocean tiles.

When a menu has a neat little tween. Or a character has a funny little animation. Somebody out there spent days making that little detail perfect. And when you’re playing a game you’re blasted with like 50 of these little things per minute. Games are so rich with human life! It’s awesome!!!

In the age of A.I slop and fiverr scams, how do real artists promote themselves? Where do you go if you’re looking for large-scale commissions or collaborations? (Note I am not currently looking for this, just curious)

Sadly, it appears abundantly clear now that we have elected a bunch of complete fools, who have somehow convinced themselves that AI can conjure whatever fanciful nonsense pops into their heads. This is cult level patter.

AI to help police catch criminals before they strike www.gov.uk/government/n... latest from the Science Department The Concentrations of Crime Data Challenge: "Britain's brightest minds backing law abiding majority over law breakers" #crimedata #crimemapping #opendata

Innovators have been tasked with developing a detailed real time and interactive crime map that spans England and Wales and can detect, track and predict where devastating knife crime is likely to occur or spot early warning signs of anti-social behaviour before it spirals out of control – giving police the intel they need to step in and keep the public safe.

It will be rooted in advanced AI that will examine how to bring together data shared between police, councils and social services, including criminal records, previous incident locations and behavioural patterns of known offenders.

The map will identify where crime is concentrating so law enforcement and partners can direct their resources as needed and help prevent further victims.

I am 90% certain this item on the Artstation store is an A-I generated image stolen from another artist, but I can't find the original. I swear I have seen this picture before in a demonstration of hand-painted skin texturing or something similar. Help?

Lighthouse Mimics (Farimendax carolinae) are pack hunters that evolved from deep-sea fish. When a ship passes by, a lone hunter uses its lighthouse-like lure to trick the crew into redirecting the boat, leading it to crash into shallow rocks. The stranded sailors become the pack's next meal.

A night photograph showing a calm, foggy sea as seen from a ship. It appears that, in the distance, a lighthouse is beaming with a strange green light. Two of the stars appear to be under the horizon line. Are those stars?A small fishing boat has crashed into a rocky shore. Around it, three large black fish with glowing eyes thrash in a hunting frenzy. Each of them has a long stalk in their dorsal fins, ending in a glowing green lure. Between them, a single hand rises from the water, trying to grasp for help that is not coming.
