Russia’s problem with Georgia was never just geopolitics — it was democracy. A free, pro-Western Georgia challenges everything they stand for. That’s why they’ll do anything to stop it.

Big news from DC: the U.S. House just passed the MEGOBARI Act — a strong message of solidarity with the people of Georgia. This isn’t just policy—it’s about standing up for democracy, freedom, and long-standing friendship. Grateful to everyone in Congress who sees what’s at stake and chose to act.

April 9, 1989—one of the darkest days in Georgia’s history. Peaceful protesters demanding freedom were crushed by Soviet troops. Dozens were killed, hundreds injured. 36 years later, we’re still fighting the same fight—for a free, independent Georgia. Long Live Free Georgia 🇬🇪

Today we mark the Cadets' Remembrance Day in Georgia.🇬🇪 This goes back to 1921, when cadets died in the battle against russian red army. In February 1921, russian red army captured Tbilisi & overthrew freely elected government of Georgia, resulting in annexation of the Democratic Republic of Georgia

Georgian Dream is celebrating USAID’s suspension in Georgia. USAID invested $86M yearly in democracy, jobs, and education. they’re celebrating the loss of vital support that has benefited the Georgian people…

Happening Now🚨 This is the face of GD’s repression. Look at how the police are beating people—trying to silence and suppress us. But they forget that Georgians would rather die than be red! We need international help! 📹IPN

The Georgian people are deeply grateful for our strong friendship and steady partnership with the United States. 🇬🇪🇺🇸 Your support has been a cornerstone of our journey, and we’re proud to stand with America on our shared path toward freedom and democracy.
