Yes, I see the irony of listening to a Zoom webinar on mindfulness therapies while I dashed home for the laptop I forgot to pack, eating lunch and confirming videos for my afternoon class while it plays.

For so many years, I have included this powerful memoir of living with schizoaffective disorder in my classes, and I’ve long intended to send a note of gratitude to Lori Schiller for the gift of her story. Any chance anyone knows a way to send our thanks to her? #psychology #teachpsych

Well, that’s at least one student summer research program just canceled because it’s “DEI”. I’m sure that will make white people feel secure again (nevermind that most of the students in the program are white!).

Any connections here in Japanese translation? My college daughter is seeking opportunities for internships in Japanese translation and her internship plan in Tokyo may be hitting an obstacle. Any advice or good contacts? Thanks!
