I know many of you don't know this, but there was a time in life when you left your house either on foot, bicycle, car, or bus and you went about your day without anyone knowing what you were doing. No phone/internet.There was news at 6:00 p.m. There were newspapers in the morning and the evening.

Know what creates empathy? Books. Reading about people unlike ourselves and experiences we'll never have. Which is why some people want to remove those books and discourage reading. Kids and adults should read widely. Most spend their spare time online, which is where indoctrination often begins.

The problem with allowing guns everywhere is that no one is safe anywhere.

Trump’s “immigration czar” has been saying for a year that anyone in the US without authorization is a criminal; they repeated this propaganda because they knew people would go along with targeting “criminals.” they always meant more people would be targeted than whoever you think a criminal is.
