it is actually possible to draw something and go "well. I'm pretty displeased with how that turned out." and not have that collapse your entire sense of self worth. it's possible to go "oh well haha" and then enjoy the rest of your day. and, get this: you can still make good art that way

ADHD can have a serious impact on your life and mental health. These are some of the things that were and still are the hardest for me. Thanks for to everyone who joined me on stream while I was working on this 🫶
