Just a thought about produce. The rich folks have to be getting their food from somewhere, and you know they’re eating safe, healthy foods. So what if we find out where they’re getting their food from and buy it all, so then they have to deal with shortages and will produce more healthy foods?

Does anyone have any experience with looms and weaving? I’ve been really curious to try weaving my own textiles. But tabletop looms are so expensive and I have no clue which kind to get 😅 What’s a good beginner loom that I can try out and at least make decent basic kitchen towels on?

When I went to Berk, I kept running into a Viking named Legburn and we basically became besties! She mentioned that she had tamed a dragon that “not even Hiccup had seen before” and that it was about the size of a goose. So I made drew her and what I think her “dragon” looks like 😆💕

I’m not a meteorologist but I did live in FL for 30 years and have been thru a lot of hurricanes. Warm waters make hurricanes much stronger. And right now, the gulf waters are at 80f+ as hurricane season is starting. Yall better start getting your emergency kits ready asap. Its gonna be rough

Today I learned that you can make fresh butter by just shaking a jar of heavy whipping cream for 5 minutes! And you get fresh buttermilk from it which I then used to make some homemade buttermilk ranch! I’m so excited! 🤩🙌💕

This project has been on my to-do list for years, sitting half finished thru multiple moves across the country 😅 So I decided to use MerMay as an excuse to finally finish her! 💖✨ Made entirely with paper, paper clay, and gouache paints!

Flower folks, I have another question. My hibiscus has sprouted this other flower that’s almost like a carnation. It’s on the same stem and same plant as my hibiscus flowers and nothing looks different about the area it sprouted from. So what the heck is happening? Did my plant mutate?? 😆

Criticism can hurt, especially if it's undeserved or coming from bad faith arguers. But it is important to see criticism, when it is constructive and professional, as opportunities to grow rather than as an attack. Good criticism is meant to encourage improvement, not hinder it.

Today’s my birthday!! It’s hard to believe that I’ve been around for 36 years now. I can’t remember the last time I celebrated my birthday with friends, so I started daydreaming about what would happen if my characters threw a birthday party for me. I think it would be chaotic but lovely 😆💕🎉

Lately I’ve been cooking, baking, and gardening more to try and give myself better food options, since everything from the store tastes like crap these days Sunday, I made my own buttermilk which then became buttermilk ranch, chicken curry using a fresh onion I harvested, and a loaf of bread! 🙌💕
