Guns are easily accessible because the gun lobby pays a lot of money to your elected officials. They have to vote against their constituents wishes or they won't get any more "campaign contributions." Same for big oil, healthcare, the entire food industry, etc. It's an effed up system.

Lettuce seeds are pretty cheap! Grab a pot and plant some parasite-free green stuff. We have an indoor hydro planter and also I've planted outside in a raised bed. I over-planted to share with friends. If I don't get my salads I don't poop. 🤪
I know people who are OUTRAGED that SNAP recipients buy cookies but are totes fine with giant corporations that don't pay a living wage, forcing employees to seek food assistance. They're fine with a president doing a smash and grab, enriching himself. But how dare someone buy their kids cookies.
