I sometimes have this anxiety that if I say a thing I plan on doing before I do it, people will brace themselves with unrealistic expectations or even attempt to discourage or sabotage me in some way. But realistically nobody cares when I say stuff like this, one way or the other
It's always encouraging when people with 5-6 times as many followers as me are feeling lonely and depressed. It's good to know that no amount of success will ever be enough.

Learning and forgetting fairly foundational math concepts as often as I have in my life has made me really appreciate how the brain is a muscle. Use it or lose it. And it applies to pretty much any skill. I wonder what other useful skills I've forgotten or gotten rusty at over the years
One thing that's happened since I joined Bluesky is I've learned about hundreds of very talented diaper artists I've never heard of before who all have several thousands more followers than me and have never heard of me
