Why is it that when I want to get home at a reasonable time to do some cooking from scratch, ScotRail says “no :)”
We were doing so well. The app updated and I managed to put in a “favourite journey” into the homepage, then when I tapped one of the bottom row of buttons, the app crashed. Reopened it, tapped “more”, it crashed.

The app told me there are no direct trains between them*, crashed when I clicked the home button, and keeps crashing whenever I try to reopen it.

I reported then requested a review of another comment which said “Just imagine our grandparents or great grandparents and just saying this is the future you’re dying for. What’s worse the boat people or these things.” This also does not go against FB community standards.

Great start with the New ScotRail app that doesn’t recognise the email address I’m registered with
Train is delayed by 16 minutes, it’s raining, and the station ticket office is locked. I’m also wearing just a t shirt and denim jacket. Thank God I picked up the umbrella in the office
