it’s easy to put emotions/feelings aside for the sake of needing to move forward. they will resurface in some form and hit you hard. when (not if) it happens, you may feel disappointed that you didn’t catch yourself on the way down. remind yourself that you can’t get up if you never fall.

i’d swap “interesting” for “annoying” or even “infuriating” because we are just out here trying to live our lives, which has zero impact on them. it’s often the people that already have the thing(s) they’re upset about other people having that are the worst offenders.
