Two years ago, if you told people that in 2026, Notre Dame will *add* USC to its schedule, drop Indiana, and this will be a strength-of-schedule downgrade, you would be institutionalized.

It is wild that Sen. Paul and the GOP made the decision to publish Dr. Fauci’s diary thinking it would *help* their witch hunt… The entries and timeline are so damning for Trump 1.0’s mishandling of the pandemic and complete disregard for the health of the public.

Fallacious thinking since there are many not in Nursing Homes who are vulnerable such as obese people, diabetics, hypertensives, etc. ALSO, many reports coming out now about long term cardiovascular and brain effects in younger people who were not

It will be very interesting to compare these grand jury transcripts with the Broadview Six transcripts. Trump, Bondi, and Blanche massacred the presumption of regularity and it may take a generation to rebuild it.

In new filings, former FBI Director James Comey seeks disclosure of grand jury transcripts in the "8647" seashells case. Among other things, the motion cites Kash Patel's gaffe at a public press conference, where he said the grand jury was told that Comey apologized for the "8647" post.

If there is no underlying investigation, what proof can the phone be said to contain? Anything can be evidence; the statute is quite overbroad. Plus, if there is no justification for the search, and no Miranda warning, I struggle to see how his uttering of the duress code would be admissible.

The Notre Dame athletic department is very much in the black and, while football obviously has a lot to do with that, I hope a good chunk of the yearly $20 million finds its way to other programs, like Softball.
