Turns out I'm a coworker people go to with the weird styling and CSS and keyboard focus and it should be working and it's half past lunch hour bugs. And tbh I love that for me. 🤣😅

One of the toughest transitions from mid to senior dev was that I know I *can* do a bunch of stuff I probably *shouldn't* do, but there are fewer people to say hey that's a terrible idea.

Avoid forcing users to memorize information. For example, use field labels instead of placeholder text. Placeholder text disappears when users begin typing. This forces them to memorize placeholder text or delete information so they can see placeholders again.
