Meine neue Arbeitsstelle hat mir einfach unprompted ein Update über den Stand des Arbeitsvertrags gegeben und mir noch Kontaktdaten gegeben, falls Fragen etc von meiner Seite auftauchen. Ich bin so gute Kommunikation gar nicht gewohnt wtf
zwei von diesen Diensten konnten besetzt werden, nur damit die Anzahl heute auf insgesamt 4 zu besetzende Dienste steigt. ✌🏻 Ach, und die Rehaleitung ist weiter krank und der CA ist jetzt auch zwei Wochen im Urlaub ✌🏻✌🏻

Habe heute richtig süßen Zuspruch bekommen weil sich die Therapeut*innen sehr sicher bei mir fühlen und mich als starke Führungskraft einordnen (ich habe Konfliktschlichtung betrieben)

You don’t have to be selfless all the time or burn yourself out but you should be kind and helpful and compassionate to the best of your ability. We need to care about each other more
"I'd kill for my child" okay but would you put aside your preconceived notions of gender or sexuality for your child? would you apologize to your child when you're wrong? would you tell your child they can be whoever they want to be, and mean it? your child doesn't need more killing in their name
