If by "new" you mean "since around 2012-2013 as a personal milestone mark (in this case graduating college), then yes. Kompy has gotten... A few pics with the new feather 'do since then. More info in the alt text for each image.

Earliest version of Kompy's character sheet /w the yellow feathers. Mostly still accurate to the current one, save for the belly coloring no longer a thing and the head-feathers getting a new shape (though really, just treat the feathers like hair if you want because she's a cartoon and I'm no paleoartist, sad as I am to admit it).A proper art piece with Kompy with the (earlier) feather design, drawn to match an earlier version of the character drawn in the mid-late 90s. Again, it still works as a ref except for the light green belly. It's fine for more detailed illustrations, but not really worth remembering to add, if that makes sense? An older icon including Kompy and CeeGee, aka her Pokémon equivalent (an anthropomorphic Porygon with a bandanna and the same glasses as Kompy). This is.... From a certain time long ago... One of my newer icons (from last year) with Kompy drawn up in my typical cartoon style (as opposed to the character sheet showing two artistic extremes, quasi-realistic to chibi. Simplified bangs, the single anime "idiot hair" plume and a general look for the brown bits on the tip of her head-feathers. Kompy.... Is Kompy... Is Kompy :)
