When I was a little kid, my dad worked in one of these carriage companies while he was looking for a better job. This is how we ended up with horses even though we were not rich. Those horses were not in the best shape when we got them, though that improved once they were no longer working horses

There was a viral post early in the Mamdani mayoralty where it was like "oh New York had a child crushing machine and he turned it off." This is actually one of those instances where a stupid, dangerous thing has gone on for way too long and we just need a politician willing to stop it.
