Like literally one of my biggest gripes about the anime, was the fact that they didn't include Lilly as much as they should've. This horse was basically Zero's ESA and y'all only put her in ONE episode. Shameful. Didn't even acknowledge that they had HORSE BACK RIDING CLASSES LIKE COME ON.

Waking up to a defibrillator, a monitoring machine, and being packed up to be taken to the emergency room over stressful things that shouldn't have even happened in the first place was a fit of a time last year. Congrats to me for being 1-year seizure free, may stress continue to not overwhelm me.

I still find it absolutely ironic that 4 hours after this post I was in the hospital because I was so stressed out with everything, that the second I thought everything was gonna be alright, it all hit at once, and I seized up, and woke up to doctors standing over me and a defibrillator.

This has happened on multiple occasions on my off days after starting my new job a few months ago. My ukulele and guitar have been great destressors when I'm in no state to draw or read. Playing certain musical rhythms and tunes are a great way to calm myself down when I'm having a sensory meltdown.

Without realizing how exhausted I've been both mentally and physically from work, art, streaming, and everyday life, I found myself taking a 14-hour bedtime, where my smallest calico cat, Fruitcake, quite literally cuddled with me the entire time to keep me from having a shutdown/meltdown. Needed.
