I've not taught for 3 years. The thing that united my traumatised kids, behavioural issues kids, neurodivergent kids, kids with special needs in my entire career wasn't that I couldn't hit them. IT WAS THAT THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THEIR NEEDS AND HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL.

Agree. I’d also an accessible interface that’s not as dumbed down as the one IOS has. That one is great for Dad but not for Mum who is more with it ( but needs some stuff locked down). There is such a need for a stable and easily configured interface to help all of us on the end of the tech calls…

Getting increasingly annoyed as my mum ages that the tech industry after decades of the personal computing & smart phone revolutions still thinks changing stuff like interfaces is just a cool thing to do without giving a shit how it effects folks just clinging on to understanding how stuff works.

As if we’re only finding out fluoride benefits children. We’ve known since forever. My Dad was a dentist and I remember him telling me decades ago about the deteriorating dental health of kids where they removed fluoridation.
