He looks like a lash mite animated by Nick Park, a sentient used cotton-bud. He is beyond my powers of description. Only @dempster2000.bsky.social or @harrysword.bsky.social can do him justice.
We recorded the new album for The Objections Rock n Roll Band last week. Lovely stress-free recording. Preliminary mixes sound cracking! Should be out whenever Wrong Speed Records can fit it into their crazy schedule. 🤓
Why can't people attach clip-on microphones anymore? I'm getting fed up with seeing videos of people holding a tiny clip-on microphone between thumb and index finger whilst telling me something pointless. What's that all about?
In the original of Three Lions from 1996, they sing "30 years of hurt". Why would they have been hurting in 1966 the day after winning the World Cup? Likewise, 1967; still champions. 1968; still the current holders etc. You get the idea. Surely they wouldn't hurt until 1970. 26 years of hurt.

Watched some of the Live Aid programme on iPlayer last night and, while the pictures of the famine were shocking, at least no-one was shot while they were trying to get some food.
First time in 25 years I've attempted bowling, and Tom House of Sweet Williams fame caught this on camera!
On Friday and Saturday I shall be prancing about using this piece of wood in Derby and Bristol. Come and point and laugh if you like that sort of thing. It's all a bit embarrassing really, I should know better.😔 etc
I've made myself a lovely new little amp. Valve preamp going into class d power amp. Sounds nice. Still need to play it good and loud to identify any issues. Gig next Saturday should suffice (must remember to take spare amp.)
On Lindisfarne, there is a statue of Michael Stipe offering a butt-plug. Very open minded of the holy community I thought.

Been playing a week of gigs in Holland and Belgium. Playing London tonight at New River Studios if anyone is around.
