Falamos aqui de uma pessoa que passou 6 anos presa por um crime que não cometeu, em razão de um reconhecimento fotográfico posteriormente considerado ilegal pelo STJ. Ainda assim, teve negado o direito à reparação pelo Estado sob argumento de que esse seria um "risco normal da atividade judiciária".
