Does anyone have a standard doc they use when considering signing on to work with an org, that interrogates their policy on their use of GenAI? I’m putting one together, but curious about what other creative folks use. It seems wise to get it straight BEFORE proceeding to any contract negotiations.

Sad to see that art 'competitions' where the 'prize' is the work is printed on a commercial product is still a thing. Encouraging submissions from underrepresented groups is null and void if you're asking them to work for free on a brief, that they wont get paid for even if they 'win'.

In my old job, the people one level above me were the most stressed out people I had ever met. Targets and workloads that were unmanageable. One guy told me he threw up in the shower on a morning because he couldn't bear it. He was pale and sad but couldn't imagine leaving. It was a high paid job.
