I recently booked a car viewing via a dealer's website, and didn't even realise I was talking to an AI chatbot. And fair play, it was great! Apart from it booking us in to the wrong department, for the wrong vehicle, and not telling anyone we were coming, which took half a dozen people to sort out.

Social media platforms which largely attract right-wing or far-right users tend to be avoided and ignored by people on the left. Social media platforms which largely attract left-wing or liberal users are "echo chambers" which "need fixing".

Well done to O2 who sent me my new phone, but didn't send me a PIN code I needed for the delivery driver who was unable to hand it to me when he arrived. According to the driver it happens all the time, so watch out for that if you get a phone through O2 and make sure you contact them in advance.

The votes don't matter for two reasons Firstly, the next men's World Cup is in Spain, Portugal and Morocco with a game each in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Unless Morocco is able to host alone they're screwed Secondly, without European or South American teams the financial worth is destroyed
