I see the jagged outlines of the distant massifs. Above them sits a tangerine sky. Below them sits the city buildings that are slowly being released from the nights grip.

There are differences in light in this morning’s sunrise over Marseille.

The fact is that it is stupid o’clock and the city remains in the grip of the night.

The sky is in fact different. It has a pale blue look; streaked with true black clouds, that in turn are set against the suns golden glow.
