It is time for us to remove the last legal slavery in America. 2027! This, I hope, can start to curb the school to prison pipeline and end private prisons. Nothing in this is good. I hope we can all learn how to support this strike.

This is a bill to reduce the number of folks voting, but mostly women. Also, isn't it about time women stopped changing their names with marriage? Women aren't property, why do their names have to "match" men? Are they afraid women will forget who they got married to?

spouse & I were discussing why folks hate police. Today I learned that police kill 25-30 dogs a day usually in black & brown nbrhoods. Police immunity destroyed any trust built. They are the only one like that. I laughed out loud when spouse says, "Notice how we never say F the fire department."

I love this and we should always remember these rules.

HUGE scandal if true. Laura Loomer got Marco Rubio to throw two Iranian women with green cards in ICE jail to be stripped of status and deported, claiming they were related to Qasem Soleimani. Official documents provided to @dropsitenews.com appear to show they are NOT related; they're innocent.

This. No real wage increase in 40 years. The first time we got “real-meaning adjusted” wage increases it caused inflation and people panicked and blamed Biden. Biden is the only president to make progress on this issue in my lifetime

Reading Dan McClellan’s book the Bible says so. The most shocking, and yet not, thing I’ve read so far is that Gerry Falwell and others tried to use legal abortion as a way to leverage evangelical power to stop the govt from requiring Christian colleges to admit black people. Racism yet again.

Yes! Previous attempts to kill the postal service include requiring them to pre-pay pension benefits. That’s what is nearly bankrupting them, not lack of business, not lack of customers. This drives up postal rates for all of us.

just a reminder that usps was actually revenue positive (on a non-gaap basis) in q1 2025 and the vast majority of this shortfall has to do with how usps must pre-fund pension obligations for like 30+ years-something no private company has to do.

Whenever we start talking about Iran, I remember that Reagan paid Iran to keep the hostages a lot longer so Carter couldn’t take credit for getting them released. This is the republicans party ladies and gentlemen. Keeping Americans hostages of a hostile government to get elected.
