have I mentioned I'm home alone this week cause my mom, brother, and @valeriaasteria.bsky.social went to fuckin Iceland for 8 nights after I left for CCE lol our other sister had to come feed the cats while I was gone (and based on the bowls that were in the sink, helped my niece to our ice cream 😂)

Before I left for CCE, I whipped up this big pot of black beans; we were potlucking a little (Lizzy brought soup!) since we can't always make staff suite Unfortunately, while we did have a rice cooker, nobody brought rice 😅 Finally tonight i enjoyed my rice and beans, with fajita'd leftover chicken.
