Just mapped my neighborhood with ACTUAL sidewalk data. Even in one of SLC's "most walkable" areas, 87% of nearby amenities are outside a true 15-minute walk. That cluster of dots at 9th & 9th? Just out of reach. We're not building 15-minute neighborhoods, we're building 15-minute lies.

Yesterday was my last day at Ready. Learned a ton & made new friends in the process. I'm grateful for that! No career update right now - going to enjoy spending time with loved ones and reconnecting with mapping friends. And that '78 Rhodes is not going to fix itself :) Happy Holidays y'all!
