Pacific Antifascist Research Collective@pacantifa.is · 5d agoDarrolyn Simmons, 55, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer from Locust Grove, Georgia, was arrested on Sept. 25, 2025 for pandering — soliciting sex for money — as one of five men caught in a joint GBI/Henry County Police Dept. human-trafficking sting that recovered a woman being exploited.
Garret Reinhart is number #123 on our list of CBP/ICE sexual predators.
Pacific Antifascist Research Collective@pacantifa.is · 5d agoGarret Reinhart, 37, a Customs & Border Protection branch chief from the Atlanta, GA area, was arrested on Oct. 12, 2023 for conspiracy and loitering after he used a dating app to arrange sex in an East Point, GA park with an undercover officer. He arrived with condoms and lubricant, police said.
Since 2020, at least 51 ICE and CBP officers, agents, and contractors have been convicted or accused of sexual misconduct — 34 of them for crimes against children. These are the masked men kidnapping women and children off the street into unmarked vans and disappearing them into concentration camps.

Pacific Antifascist Research Collective@pacantifa.is · 2w agoPablo Rosario, 31, a Border Patrol agent in El Paso, TX, was sentenced on November 2, 2007 to 24 months and sex-offender registration for fondling a detained migrant mother and her 15-year-old daughter during a 2004 search.
DHS investigated ICE officer Jeffrey Lane Short ten years earlier in 2008 and substantiated ithat Short preyed on a 14-year-old girl and was accused of showing pornography to minors while an ICE agent. He was never charged and went on to become a city council member and molested other girls.

ICE substantiated in 2008 that Short preyed on a 14-year-old girl and was accused of showing pornography to minors while an ICE agent, but he was never charged.
Jeremy Wayne Brown, 40, an ICE deportation officer from Donna, TX, is number 97 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators. Brown was charged with molesting an 11-year-old girl.

Brown was accused of forcing an 11-year-old girl to touch him during massages between February and June 2017.
Garrett McMahan, a Border Patrol agent from Michigan, is number 95 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators.

McMahan allegedly sent photos of his genitalia to someone he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.
Luis Angel Lozada makes number 91 on our list of ICE and CBP sexual predators.

Fabio Lopez, a CBP officer from Fort Lauderdale FL, is Number 90 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators.

Christopher Gearhart of Lakewood, CO, is Number 87 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators. Gearhart resigned from Lakewood PD last year during a sexual misconduct investigation and immediately signed up to be an ICE Deputy. He was arrested in May 2026.

Gearhart resigned from Lakewood Police last year and joined ICE.
Joseph Ledesma, 48, of El Paso, TX is Number 86 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators, arrested in 2015 after being caught peeping through a girl's bedroom window.

The girl's father chased Ledesma and held him down, knocking a knife out of Ledesma's hand when he tried to threaten him with it.
Malik Daley, 39, of Barton, VT is Number 85 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators, arrested last week on charges of sexual assault of a minor under the age of 16.

Daley is expected to appear at the Orleans Court in Newport, VT on June 2nd at 9am to answer the initial charges.
Michael John Hogan (D.O.B. 1980-03-20) of Laredo, TX is Number 84 on our list of ICE / CBP sexual predators, arrested last week on charges of indecent assault.

Indecent assault (TX PC Code §22.012) is defined as non-consensual sexual touching or exposure, such as groping or exposing intimate body parts.
This BORTAC crew from the Rio Grande Valley BORTAC detachment (L. Andy Chavez, R. Tee Rico) were at the center of a snatch & grab in the Northside neighborhood of Irving Park right before a children's Halloween parade. Pacific Antifascist Research Collective@pacantifa.is · 4mo agoMichael Banks, the Chief of US Border Patrol who was appointed by Donald Trump in January 2025, has been credibly accused by multiple Border Patrol insiders of bragging about his frequent "sex tourism" travels to countries like Thailand and Colombia, preying on impoverished, vulnerable sex workers.
Frank Figueroa is the 74th entry on our list of ICE and Customs and Border Protection sex pests and sex offenders. Figueroa was ICE's Special Agent in Charge in Central and North Florida. After sentencing, ICE allowed Figueroa to apply sick leave and vacation to reach retirement with full pension.
Pacific Antifascist Research Collective@pacantifa.is · 5mo agoFrank Figueroa, 49, the ICE Special Agent in Charge in Central Florida, pleaded no contest in 2006 to indecent exposure after exposing his genitals and masturbating while staring at a 16-year-old girl in an Orlando mall food court. Figueroa avoided a formal conviction and retired with full pension.

He also received a 10-year federal sentence for cocaine trafficking and CSAM possession.
Anthony Mangione, 51, the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in South Florida, was convicted on July 20, 2012 for transporting child sexual abuse material. He was sentenced to 70 months in prison and must register as a sex offender for life.

Hamburg moved to Montana after his release from prison.
ARRESTED: Border Patrol agent Alfredo Mancillas, Jr., 32, a Border Patrol Agent from Corpus Christi, TX, was arrested in St. Paul, MN on Jan 27, 2026 slumped behind the wheel of his car and covered in vomit. Mancillas was charged with driving while intoxicated. #OneOfOursAllOfYours #UnmaskICE

Rodolfo Zuniga, a Border Patrol Agent from San Diego, CA, was sentenced in 2013 for possession of child sexual abuse material and theft of government property. Zuniga was arrested again in 2018 after moving to Laredo, TX and failing to register as a sex offender as required by law.
