Supporting Israel should be a non-starter for any politician at this point. There is so much evidence of their evil documented by very reliable sources. Shouting “anti-semitism” at anyone criticizing the actions of a government and its military is obvious bad faith. The average person sees that now.

I mean this sincerely: I think pro Israel people really need to begin internalizing that this is not a fringe opinion anymore and in fact is very statistically likely to be the average view of any brown Democratic candidate for office or any candidate under the age of 50

Its kinda wild how seeing a US flag in someone’s profile no matter the app winds up being the most telling red flag ever, 90-95% of the time without fail.

I wish people would stop leaning on influencers for their politics, positive or negative. These people are just streamers and podcasters using politics as a brand.

People jump on the cases of Black voters but it’s gonna be white voters who are the biggest supporters of Republican candidates. Those same white voters are the relatives of the holier than thou white leftists who love to yell at people. They never criticize their own family, though

skittybitty brings up something interesting in their video on orientalism in the Zelda series that right-wing weirdos refuse to understand: you can love certain media and still criticize elements you think may not be executed well in said media in good faith.

This is why I’ve always said you don’t have to praise Massie for saying or doing the bare minimum. His anti-Israel stances are not out of any kind of desire for justice for Palestinians. It's wild because as a autistic kid I was often told that I had an "old soul" or that I was smart and had wisdom way beyond my years, but now that I'm grown up, I feel like a child in an adult body.

I’ve repeated this so much but when Trump was elected again I called it that liberals and leftists, especially white ones but pretty much all non-Black ones, were going to get a hell of a lot more racist. All they’ve done is prove it time and time again but with increasing contempt.

Politicians usually show up at the border to demonize & fear-monger. We just drove 750 miles from El Paso to the Valley to show off the beauty & potential of our border communities. We’re showing up for Texans along the border who've been left behind by both political parties.

Iran and China can make missiles and drone faster than the US can make interceptors. The US cannot interdict the supply routes, its theater-level radar picture is severely degraded, there's just no strategy for victory here beyond murdering Iranian civilians and being caught in an escalation trap.
