I think this manner of starting with some conclusive statement, followed by "Let me explain" is leaking into the IRL vernacular. The sad side effect of short form videos.

My feeds are flooded with obviously AI generated flyers nowadays. What's disturbing is how similar they all are. Color scheme, choice of font, layout - is everyone using the same base prompt? Or is this just the lowest common denominator?

Apple's Numbers app is pretty much the defacto spreadsheet for macOS, but is still terrible for relational data. There's an awkward hack of using XLOOKUP, but that's fragile. Strangely, though, there's no simple database app for the Mac. Just high powered networked ones.

Why do I get the impression that the support forums are lookin more like figuring out how to get AI to do something rather than exchanging wisdom on how to just directly do it? It's ok if AI got only 60% of the way there - just manually do the rest.

Like a lot of people, I am disturbed by the BlueSky age verification barrier. The iOS based _share age range_ feature is a reasonable compromise, but it's still not a great way to roll out the requirement.
